Roller shades are a timeless product that provides a clean, minimalist design. The Above roller shade collection has 40 different fabrics to choose from and in a variety of opacities, textures and colors.

Above’s roller shades come standard with a cord control. They can also be motorized and operated with a remote control. For a more decorative look, the roll can be covered with a metal cassette or a curved fabric-wrapped cassette.

Above’s Boca screen shades start in a 0% opacity which gives complete blackout. We also have a 0.5% opacity for those who want privacy, but some light. From there the Boca screen shades range from 1%, 3%, 4%, 5% to 10%, which provides the most light and view. Above’s Bal Habour screen shades come in speciality textures and opacities including 8% and 11%.

Above’s light filtering roller shades are made from polyester fabrics. Most of these fabrics maintain privacy but still allow light in the room. The collection also includes sheer fabrics.

Above’s blackout roller shades are fully opaque and come with textured options. For those who want to block out even more light, our side channels can be installed to keep out light gaps on the sides.

For those who want a daytime view but nighttime privacy or blackout, Above offers double roller shades. These shades are 2-in-1 systems that have a front screen or sheer shade, with a blackout shade in the back.

For the ultimate soft, contemporary look, banded shades, also known as zebra shades, are an ideal product that can work in any room. Banded shades alternate sheer and solid fabric, allowing a single shade to transition from open to close. It’s a perfect shade for those who want a view but also light control and privacy.

Above has more than 30 banded fabrics with options in both light filtering and room darkening. This includes two vinyl banded fabrics that are perfect options for bathrooms, kitchens or anywhere in your home that you value an easy to clean, modern product.

Above banded shades come with either a metal cassette or curved fabric-wrapped cassette. The bands come in various sizes from 3” bands to 6” bands and many sizes in between. There is an option for everyone.

For a classic look on your window that is both functional and cost effective, Above horizontal blinds check off all the boxes. Above horizontal blinds are made out of high quality PVC with 2” slats.

Above horizontal blinds come in 19 different colors, which include four smooth white and off-white options, and 15 textured choices. The textured blinds range from white to dark grey, walnut and cherry.

Each of the Above horizontal blinds come with a classic decorative valance, or a smooth modern valance. The blinds are controlled with a cord to lift and either a corded or wand tilt system.

For those who want to cover a large opening, Above horizontal blinds can be made with 2 or 3 blinds in one opening, and one valance to give a continuous look.

In addition to our standard horizontal blinds, Above also has specialty horizontal slats that match some of our vertical blinds.

Most homes in South Florida feature sliding glass doors, and no product is more tried and true for sliders than vertical blinds. Above has a vast collection of PVC vertical blinds with more than 100 different slat options.

Above vertical blinds come with 3 ½” slats and can be made to fit nearly any width or height. The track can also covered with an optional valance to protect from dust and dirt and give the vertical blind a finished look.

Vertical blinds are a cost effective way to cover large sliding glass doors. The slats can be easily tilted for an outside or stacked to enter and exit the slider. Verticals can also be used on windows.

Above verticals come standard with a chain and cord. There is also a wand option for one-way vertical stacks.

All of Above’s vertical slats are made from PVC, with many decorative options that look like classic fabric verticals but are more durable and easy to clean. Some of our vertical slats can be coordinated with horizontal blinds for a seamless look throughout the home.
